I am primarily interested in geometric properties of Gromov-Witten invariants
in algebraic geometry and symplectic topology as well as in connections with enumerative geometry and string theory. |

Comments on the Annals Statement

I can't say I'm outraged. Other people do worse.
Of course, there are many mathematicians who are more or less honest.
But almost all of them are conformists.
They are more or less honest, but they tolerate those who are not honest. G. Perelman.

Unfortunately, the situation with honesty, assisting in and rewarding dishonesty,
and conformity is particularly sad in symplectic topology.
