My research interests center on conformal geometry. Within this broad area I have worked on problems involving harmonic measure (conformal image of Lebesgue measure on the circle), Kleinian groups and Riemann surfaces (groups of conformal maps on hyperbolic space), Brownian motion (a conformally invariant random process), computational conformal geometry, optimal meshing, non-obtuse triangulation, numerical conformal mappings, quasiconformal maps, holomorphic and harmonic function theory, iteration of holomorphic maps, especially entire functions.
