Official course description: Elementary functions, holomorphic functions. Cauchy theory, power series, classification of isolated singularities, calculus of residues, open mapping theorem, Riemann mapping theorem.

Midterm: Wed March 8, in class
Final: Tue May 9, 5.30-8pm.

The final grade will be comprised of 30% HW, 30% midterm, 40% Final.

The main textbook (recommended, but not required) will be Ahlfors' Complex Analysis, on Amazon here and here. Most other graduate-level complex analysis textbooks cover a similar range topics and are also fine.
