Construct an Equilateral Triangle in Elliptic GeometryUsing the tools in the toolbar the below, construct an equilateral triangle with AB as one of its sides. Observe that in ellptic geometry, lines are great circles on the sphere, but we have to identify antipodal points on the sphere. Thus, in this view, everything you see on the "front" of the sphere also has a corresponding analog on the "back". You should have already completed the midpoint problem, so that you are familiar with how to use the tools. Try moving the points A and B around to get a better feeling for how the triangle can vary.
