- Form to fill with the group. (Each group should fill jointly as many forms as quantity of members of the group)
- Individual form to fill after the group activity (if there is time). It should be completed by Wed. Nov 11th. No google docs links, please. It makes it very hard to read for me.

- About 4 minutes discussion of the form of each member of the group.
- The whole group fills one group form for each member (and the member whose forms is discussed takes notes)
- If there is time left, start filling the individual form.
- The more constructive criticism you give to your classmates, the more chance you give them to improve.
