I can make the Skype interviews on the date mentioned.     However,  since the new hire  will also have a role in the Art Department it is important for John  to be a part of the conversation.    Is there another mutually agreeable time?  If not, perhaps another studio faculty member can be invited to the interviews.    Nobuho Nagasawa would be a good candidate for this.
