Since we are not meeting again this summer, I thought I should email this DRAFT proposal around now. This is intended for internal committee discussion only and shouldn't go any further unless we all agree on all the particulars. I am very aware of my conflict of interest in proposing this while being on the arts committee. So please discuss this among yourselves, leaving me off the distribution list, and come back to me with any questions. I am very open to ideas for modifying or clarifying this document. The dates, location, size, and cost are all up for discussion. Please note that I am responding to a need expressed at the last meeting and am not pushing for this in any way if there is any disagreement about whether it is appropriate.
