- You might want to look at some old New York State Math B Regents exams.
- I encourage you to look at How to Write Mathematics; this is chapters 3 and 4 of a textbook, "How to Think Like a Mathematician" by Kevin Houston.
- TeX (especially LaTeX) is a (free) system for typesetting documents, and is much better than Word for writing your notes or other math-oriented documents. There are many introductory web pages about LaTeX around. See also this list of resources, or this one. The notes from April 14 discuss using LaTeX, including some discussion of how to install it on your own computer.
Announcements
The final exam is here for you to start work on. I don't believe it has any typos, but if there are, I will fix them and make an announcement here. Let me know if you find something wrong. You need to turn in your final by Tuesday, May 19 (although earlier is OK).
Minor update made to problem 3a of the final at noon on Tuesday, May 7.
