Math 322 Grading
Your grade will be determined by the maximum of the following two options.
- 20% Midterm 1.
20% midterm 2.
10% Homewrk.
50% Final.
- 20% the better of the two midterms.
10% Homewrk.
70% Final.
A missed midterm corresponds to a 0 on it.
A missed final corresponds to failing the class.
You are strongly advised not to miss a midterm unless you absolutly have no choice. This scheme is really there to avoid discussions that start with sentences like "I was sick last Friday..." or "I had an emergency on the day of the exam and so..."
