Spring 2003

SUNY at Stony Brook
Department of Mathematics
SUNY at Stony Brook

This is the final course of the three-semester calculus sequence MAT 125, 126 and 127. We will study differential equations, sequences and series, power series and their applications.

Textbook: Calculus: Concepts and Contexts. Single Variable,
2nd Edition, by James Stewart, Brooks/Cole Publishing, 2001.

Note that the first and second editions of the book have very similar text, but the problems are different. If you own the first edition, in order to do the homework you'll need to borrow the second edition from a friend or look at the book in the library or in the Math Learning Center.
