PROTOCOLS OF THE INVISIBLE COLLEGE

The last words of Hassan i Sabbah:
‘ Nothing is True. Everything is Permuted'

"In this book it is spoken of the sephiroth & the paths, of spirits & conjurations, of gods, spheres, & planes & many other things which may or may not exist.

It is immaterial whether they exist or not. By doing certain things, certain results follow; students are most earnestly warned against attributing objective reality or philosophical validity to any of them."

PROTOCOL THE FIRST: Respect those of Greater Knowledge.

It is by knowing that we approach god. Gnosis, the experience of divine knowledge, is in the moment of our awakening, and is the departure and destination of our great journeys. No goal is more essential, no road more transcendant, than the knowing of truth.

Pistis Sophia shattered herself to give us souls within the jail of Ialdaboath and his Archons. Willful ignorance is the only unredeemable sin.

No quarter is given to those who will not learn.

In this fractured world, whose common denominator throughout history has been hierarchical social power, only one freedom has ever been tolerated: the freedom to change the numerator, the freedom to prefer one master to another. Freedom of choice so understood has increasingly lost its attraction -- especially since it became the official doctrine of the worst totalitarianisms of the modern world, East and West. ...

PROTOCOL THE SECOND: A Tutor's debt must be repaid.

" Freely ye have received, freely give," shall be the contract. As ye were taught, so shall ye teach. Repay your tutor in kind, by passing his fire along to another. Ignorance is the sleep of the enemy, and to leave your brethren ignorant is to hasten his dark works.

Guerilla actions taken in the name of freedom, with the goal of liberating our imprisoned brethren, and with the soul-rending lies of the Archons as a target, are expressly condoned.

Knowledge without works is dead.

...But what people do officially is nothing compared with what they do in secret. People usually associate creativity with works of art, but what are works of art alongside the creative energy displayed by everyone a thousand times a day: seething unsatisfied desires, daydreams in search of a foothold in reality, feelings at once confused and luminously clear, ideas and gestures presaging nameless upheavals. All this energy, of course, is relegated to anonymity and deprived of adequate means of expression, imprisoned by survival and obliged to find outlets by sacrificing its qualitative richness and conforming to the spectacle's categories. ... Every individual is constantly building an ideal world within themselves, even as their external motions bend to the requirements of soulless routine.

PROTOCOL THE THIRD:A mage's Word is his Honor; break not a sworn Vow.
Beware to whom you swear your oaths. This is war. Deceit and trickery are the weapons of our enemies.

Language is a gun.

The boundary line of verisimilitude is a link in their chain, and the bondage of the logos is everywhere. William Ockham's rusty blade is pressed to our throat. Between truth and lie is the Chiasmus. God lies beyond all division.

"...no amount of covering it up can hold back the tide of the repressed; after half a century of denial, people are admitting the truth again - the world of 'spirit', of action at distance and prediction and contact with 'alien' intelligences is as real as the world of telephone calls and quantum physics, e-mails, downsizing and bullets.
It shouldn't come as any surprise; people have been writing down reports and detailed instructions for thousands of years. Did you honestly believe all those brilliant Buddhist sages, Christian mystics, Muslim sufis, witches, alchemists and 'occultists' were just blowing it out through their asses?

PROTOCOL THE FOURTH: The Will of an Oracle must always be obeyed.
" If you meet the Buddha on the way, kill him"

Get with it. Magic is real.

It works like gas. Everyone can use it.

And everyone wants to.

 WHY MAGIC ?

 Because it's Magic Time."

"Jacques Derrida's "undecidability" and Werner Heisenberg's "potentia" are not the same but allude to the same thing -- a chiasmic unity, the missing third, the excluded middle -- rejected in classical binary thinking of the metaphysics of Plato and the physics of Newton in favor [of] a seemingly more useful either/or, black/white, inside/outside..."

PROTOCOL THE FIFTH: Betray not your Cabal or Chantry.
We are shards of the one godhead. We are bullets in the barrel of the divine. We are beset on all sides - by our jailers, by our collaborationist brethren, by the ten thousand lies. We have only each other to rely on. We are the Chiasmus amidst a war of exclusion.

What is a Chiasmus?

A chiasmus is an inverted parallelism. ...

The 'X' of 'chi'-asmus is, in its simplest form, a cross of two 'lines' of action, thought, or causality.

This trope has been around since ancient times, where poets (and other magicians) used it to aid memory, create surprise, and flip plots around. A structure of convergence, chiasmus can combine opposites, crush conflicting modes of time, and get all kinds of knickers in a twist. The historical nuances of chiasmus have to do with its relationship to the crossroads and boundary crossings in general. Hermes is the god of chiasmus and thus the ideal candidate to conduct the souls of the dead across the 'impossible' boundary between life and death. Janus (Dianus) is also involved.

PROTOCOL THE SIXTH: Conspire not with enemies of Ascension.

The Empire Never Ended.

We live in the Black Iron Prison.

Collaborators will be the first against the wall.

The jail of the aeons needs no reinforcement.

Everywhere we turn our brethren are rebuilding cells for themselves.
To awaken is to be roused by the divine.

To awaken and to betray the divine, to conspire anew with the Archons, is a betrayal without parallel.

Show no mercy to the enemies of Ascension, as none will be shown you.

A complex chiasmus, i.e., a-b-c-c-b-a, comprises more than four lines. An example of a complex chiasmus is shown in John 17:6.

a. I have manifested thy name unto the men
  b. Which thou gavest me
    c. out of the world:
    c. Thine they were,
  b. And thou gavest them me;
a. And they have kept thy word.

Here the introversion shows that the Father's name is synonymous with His Word. Further, when "thine they were" is spoken of, "out of this world" is either synonymous or complimentary as it completes the passage. These verses may be viewed with greater levels of understanding when thus contrasted in parallel or chiastic form.

William Butler Yeats uses a diagram like the one above to explain his metaphor of the "spiraling gyre" in "The Second Coming" and other poems-- attributing the unshaded cone to "Discord" and the shaded to "Concord" with each as the border of a gyre so that the gyre of "Concord" diminishes as "Discord" increases, then, alternately, the gyre of "Concord" increases while "Discord" decreases and so on. As Yeats said, "One gyre within the other always. Here the thought of Heraclitus dominates all: 'Dying each other's life, living each other's death'"

PROTOCOL THE SEVENTH: Protect the sleepers; they are ignorant of what they do

An aged man is but a paltry thing,

A tattered coat upon a stick, unless

Soul clap its hands and sing, and louder sing

For every tatter in its mortal dress.

Ignorant they sleep, ignorant they dream. Ignorant will they die, and ignorant be born again.

We were not awakened to protect the flock but to herd it.

Mourn not for the death of the body - the seven jails that hold the shards from god - but for the death of the soul

"When we strive after the good or the beautiful, we thereby forget our own nature, which is disinctiveness, and we are delivered over to the qualities of the pleroma, which are pairs of opposites.

We labor to attain the good and the beautiful, yet at the same time we also lay hold of the evil and the ugly, since in the pleroma these are one with the good and the beautiful. When, however, we remain true to our own nature, which is distinctiveness, we distinguish  ourselves from the good and the beautiful, therefore, at the same time,  from the evil and ugly. And thus we fall not into the pleroma, namely, into nothingness and dissolution."

PROTOCOL THE EIGHTH:
Be subtle in your Arts, lest Sleepers know you for what you are.

We are Generation Chiasmus. The unity of the excluded middle. This is not a drill. The revolution will have a backbeat.
