But I try in general to stay away from reviewing original material, and work with the reactions in the media. Is there a way visitors to the AMS site could access your videos? Then I'd be happy to point them that way.   I'm copying to Mike Breen at the AMS, who might have an idea about how to handle your suggestion. I have a new project entitled "Young Math Legends". It's an educational math series about the legends of mathematics, when they were kids themselves. Each episode is under 5 minutes and features the voices of "Weird Al" Yankovic as Young Fibonacci, Finn Wolfhard ("Stranger Things") as Young Gauss and John Rhys-Davies ("Lord of the Rings", Indiana Jones"). We just premiered our first three episodes at NCTM's annual conference. I would love to send you a screener of the episodes for you to watch and possibly review. Please let me know if that would be OK? I don’t know if you’ve tried the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), but their teachers teach much younger students than our members do. Maybe they would know of a potential reviewer or perhaps an ad in one of their magazines or journals would work for you.   And here’s an off-the-wall idea for publicity? Danica McKellar could do a video on a famous female mathematician, like Emmy Noether, Sophie Germain, or Hypatia. Her publicity machine might help you.   Good luck.     Best wishes,   Mike Breen AMS Public Awareness Office       From: seth.caplan@enspire.com [mailto:seth.caplan@enspire.com] On Behalf Of Seth Caplan Sent: Tuesday, April 11, 2017 1:37 PM To: Tony Phillips Cc: Michael Breen Subject: Re: AMS Math in the Media Column - YOUNG MATH LEGENDS   Thanks Tony! Danica recorded a voice for us on our last project "Flatland 2: Sphereland". We'd love to highlight a female mathematician next -- if there's enough demand for the series. Please let me know if there's ever an opportunity with an AMS publication or conference to help get the word out about the series and we'd be thrilled to take part.
