in Math 32A - Outline.

The exam will have 11 questions, one of which is a bonus question.

(the bonus question is one of those)

KNOW (for midterm 2):
- lectures 1-18 (including 18, which is 15.4)
in Math 32A - Outline.
- expect mainly 'HW style' questions.
- you will not be expected to produce an epsilon-delta proof, but you do need to know the epsilon-delta definition for a limit.
- I really do mean 1-18 and not 10-18 as some might expect.
KNOW (for midterm 1):

lectures 1-9 (including 9)
in Math 32A - Outline.
- expect mainly 'HW style' questions.
- Do NOT memorize formulas from 14.3.
No calculators, No notes, No phones, etc.
