Intersection, self-intersection of curves on surfaces with boundary and  Goldman Bracket App (done by me in java, translated to javascript by Minh Nguyen

Fricke polynomial (in the free group of two generators) by Minh Nguyen. 

Program to draw a lift of a  hyperbolic pair of pants with geodesic boundary  and a geodesic. The length of boundary components can be varied. By Matt Genkin.
