I am a Visiting Assistant Professor at University of Massachusetts Amherst.

I finished my PhD in mathematics in May 2023 at Stony Brook University (New York), where my advisor was Alexander Kirillov Jr. Before that, I was an undergraduate student at National Taiwan University, where I majored in Mathematics.

My research is at the crossroad of pure mathematics, quantum physics, and theoretical computer science. With my main focus being quantum topology and quantum symmetries, I am also excited about their applications to quantum computations and topological phases of matters. My work so far discussed a certain 4-dimensional topological quantum field theory and some of its applications to higher algebra.
