This is a one semester introduction to the main ideas of calculus: differentiation and integration. The emphasis is on concepts, examples and computations and is less theoretical than MAT 131 or MAT 141. There will be two midterm exams, a final and weekly homework sets and quizes.

FIRST MIDTERM IS WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 8:30-10:00 PM

ROOM LOCATIONS: Sections 1 (Middleton) and ELC 2 (Suvainia) will be in the Library alliance room (this is in the basement of the main library and is entered from the side of the building facing Old Chemistry, where black and white `zig-zag' path is ). Sections 2 and 3 (Rounds) will be in Light Engineering 102.

R. Middleton will give a review session for the first midterm, 7pm-9pm On Saturday, Sept 25 in room P-131 of the math tower.
