The conference and the workshop are sponsored by the James H. Simons Math-Physics Endowment and a grant from the National Science Foundation. In particular we will have funds to support a number of participants, particularly graduate students and recent Ph.Ds.

The conference will begin on the afternoon of October 12^th, and will end at noon of October 15^th. We expect many of the participants to begin arriving on October 12^th, when we will have one talk, followed by a wine & cheese welcoming party.
